Terrible Network Connection

I was once with rain in the past, had to cancel cause their network was good when it first started, but became worse with time. Whenever you logged a call you were told that they are doing service on points. I eventually left it for a Fibre company. Recently moved to area where there are no Fibre poles and decided to give it a try one more time. Starts of good than becomes bad. It's been months now we're it's on and off, mind you their installment is twice as much as the Fibre I was paying and I never had complaints with the Fibre, always on even in rain or storm. I work from home and sometimes the network problem will go on for days. It's unacceptable especially with the amount we pay for it. They are also first to debit before anyone but not good and giving good network or service. Not happy at all.
