Terrible network

This is by far the worst network ever to be on, mind you I'm on 5g. I called asking if I could use my simcard in a pocket router during loadshedding and was told I couldn't due to setting that they can't change. We people people in the house and the network is terrible. I should've checked this platform before purchasing rain. I only have it for 3 weeks now and this has brought me 0% joy
