Terrible network.... And uncaring staff

I have never in my life dealt with such incompetence. I regret the day I signed up for rain services.. To say no one in their call center understood any of my queries or complaints would be an understatement. Not only is their billing department *****ulent the people who must explain it to the client leave a bitter taste from their own lack of understanding... The network quality is Terrible.. I am so glad I finally canceled the service
