Terrible Network
I dont like complaining about products, but Im going to change network providers, I have the R475 option but wow what a waste of money! I never have proper signal, can barely watch a movie. I use to love Rain, had great signal and even got some people to also start using rain, but now I am so so so disappointed and I truly regret it. Also when it comes to the billing, it seems like there has been delays month on month. Its unacceptable...

05 May 2021, 19:07I tried to get answers from Rain for my account, as it did not deduct, in the middle of the month they tried to deduct but the money was not in my savings account by the time they wanted to deduct it was in a savings plan, when I tried to pay online there was issues and invoices were not even out. I am currently using the wifi in our house which is my moms rain, I was so dissapointed with my Rain that I had, I decided to leave it and not use it anymore or even sort it out. I was so impressed with Rain at first but now I am not so sure anymore and I really am not someone to complain, but this is unacceptable. I have convinced my family to cancell their Rain simcards so we will be looking for a different service provider.
