Terrible ISP

What kind of ISP doesn't have 24hrs support? I've been using Rain for 2months now but I am struggling with it. I've never had a day with good internet speed. I was informed that they will send a tech to my place. The next day the tech comes without confirmation. What's the use of getting 5g if you can't use it. I've never got over 10bmps. I'm constantly losing connection while assisting clients remotely. I really can't do this anymore.. Rain is terrible
