Terrible internet speeds

So I've been with Rain for a couple of months and well, what can i say except that disappointment is the main dish. You get unlimited data, probably because you can only use such a small amount of data with the terrible speeds you get, Saying you'll get speeds of up to 10Mbps, i reach those speeds between 12AM and about 6AM when the world is asleep, but as soon as the sun starts shining, you en up getting about 220-450kbps which is an absolute joke. It took me 4 hours to do a 500mb update using Rain, but with vodacom(same tower as Rain uses) it would've taken me maybe 10minutes max. There's no excuse for this lack of service delivery.
