Terrible internet speed

Ever since lockdown started back in March, the Rain WiFi speed has been ridiculously slow. On some days it's barely fast enough to load a Chrome page or even send a text message on WhatsApp. Downloads take hours and during the download other sites don't work at all. I ran a speed test and my download speed was 0.9 mbps, upload speed was at 0 mbps. It is extremely irritating and something needs to be done about it. I would give this service 0 stars.
