Terrible Internet Service0

So I cancel my previous Internet service provider to go to rain.... And because I bought the simcard through Takealot I got 7 days unlimited for the entire 7 days... The internet was fantastic, that's how they reel u in... Ever since the 7 days our internet has been terrible. I am constantly on the phone with rain wasting so much airtime. To get manager is such a big story cause they stay in meetings, it's been a week now since he /she is in that meeting
