Terrible Internet Service & Unreachable Support – I Want to Cancel!

I’ve had enough of the terrible internet service from Rain. The connection is unreliable, slow, and often completely down. To make it worse, NONE of the customer service numbers work—I've tried several times over the past month, with zero success.

I’m paying for a service that I’m not receiving, and now I can’t even get help? This is unacceptable.

At this point, I want to cancel my subscription entirely. I expect someone to contact me urgently to process the cancellation and stop billing me.
