Terrible internet service provider

Had an extremely disappointing experience with Rain. At first connectivity was fine and I was getting good upload and download speeds. After the first month I started to notice that my router would be connected to the internet but I would not be able to access the internet, I could not even send WhatsApp messages. I called a support agent and they advised me to restart my device. This worked for about an hour but after that I would need to restart the device multiple times a day, which I now have to do up to 7 times a day. During loadshedding the internet speed drops down below 10mbs. The upload speed doesn't go past 1.5mbs with or without loadshedding and when uploading, the internet connection completely stops and I would have to restart my router. I have called support agents multiple times to help sort out the issue and get help but they just ask me to restart my device and point it at the nearest tower which hardly helps. I have also been told that a technician would contact me to help assist me with what is going on, I have not received any call and I have given up after countless calls to support agents that tell me the same thing. Terrible product. I will be ending my subscription at the end of this month. I would just like to inform people who are thinking of using this internet service provider to not be fooled by the good pricing for high download speeds. This product simply doesn't work especially during loadshedding. Get on fiber or hotspot off your phone which is what I'm currently having to do till my fiber gets installed
