Terrible Internet Service

We are extremely dissatisfied with the service of Rain. Our internet has been on and off for the past 5 days with absolutely no support from Rain. We have made at least 9 phone calls and the excuse from the Call Centre was that all 3 towers of Rain in our area, Lynnwood Ridge, Pretoria are down. No Consultant has been sent to us, only Call Centres answer with no solutions. We are terminating this service and will never ever recommend Rain to anybody. This is not the first time that we have had problems over the last year. I tried to write a review on their Facebook page and the review was blocked.
