Terrible Internet connection

Terrible internet..Spent the entire weekend without internet ,tried calling ,sent tickets and I was told to expect a call within the next 24/48 hrs .Zero sense of urgency, zero customer care . ******* network. Definitely canceling my plan because there's no way I'm paying for a poor service .
