Terrible internet connection

Signed up with rain since end May 2020. Network was working awesome only for a month. From the 1st July horrible service, terrible connection. We are paying for uncapped but they are throttling us as the first month nothing wrong. Now we can't even load a page, watch videos or even access fb properly. Everything takes long to load.

Hi. Rain's customer service representative called me but since then she hasn't come back to me and the network is still not working as it should. Horrible service provider. The only thing they are providing is the slowest most useless network on the planet
