Terrible in every way
I have requested RAIN to cancel my subscription for 3 months. They confirmed in March that the subscription was canceled and informed me that the last installment would be at the end of April (crazy as their 5G NEVER worked, Telkom's 4G is much faster and very stable)
The subscription has STILL NOT BEEN CANCELED. I canceled my credit card to prevent them from trying to take more money, which they DID, but could not.
I have called 4 times and every time the consultant advises that the matter will be escalated to the cancelations department, but I never hear from them!

I had to cancel my card to avoid last months installment to be taken by RAIN. Guess what, this month they tried to take it again!
Hi . Your rain services have been cancelled. Please be aware that because rain is paid at the end of the month, you still have an outstanding balance of R ***000 . You can pay now at www.rain.co.za/myrain or on the myrain app. Thanks, rain.
As expected according to RAIN, I now owe them money…
