Terrible horrible service

This has to be the worst service provider in this country. It has been 24hrs now since I reported that rain 5g is down in Diepkloof Zone Soweto & still now no response from anyone from rain. Zero care from this company & month end they will be taking full fee whilst we not enjoying full benefits
