TERRIBLE & FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE ALL ROUND!!!!!!!! EVEN AFTER CANCELLING THE SERVICE.
I cancelled my contract with Rain well in advance over a year ago, I immediately threw the sim card out. My account was settled(through debit order), and the got a call from lawyers saying my account has been handed over. The only thing outstanding was their device, which I've arranged to be collected. Not entirely sure how to settle this matter.
