Terrible flippen service.

When can I expect a call back regarding my refund of R426.53 you people are trying to **** me here. Your router has been collected so where is my refund!!!!!!!

05 Jan 2024, 15:39This is really unacceptable. You people are quick to take my money but when I must be refunded I have to wait and wait. This is absolutely bull**** and I will never recommended this service provider to anyone! Everyone I know will be canceling we are tired of this incompetence. I called yesterday and was told by your call centre my refund would reflect today. It's not reflecting. I called again today and I am being told 7 to 10 days!!!! First I was told as soon as the router is returned my refund will be received. Where am I sitting?? With no flippen refund!!! You day you will get back to me and nobody ever does! I have to call you for assistance. Your call centre can't even tell me why the internet speed on my other account keeps getting changed without my consent and then you demand I pay more than what I signed up for??? Worst service provider I have ever dealt with. I will be reporting this company!
