Terrible!!!!!!!!
My mother has been struggling with internet connection the whole week with no help from rain, I have also tried to contact them they always lie and say they will call back . A lady named Somikazi answered the phone one time and instead of helping she put the phone aside to continue conversation with her friends during working hours

29 Jan 2024, 21:56For the past few days I have been experiencing poor internet connectivity even with only my TV connected , network keep dropping and disconnecting every 5 minutes no one has tried to contact me to resolve this I have been struggling for days on end. I have tried to move my router around the house but still no connection.
