Terrible Experience with RAIN

I have had a terrible experience with Rain. Last month they debited my account after failing to supply me with any internet connection. I called them to notify them about the lack of internet, and they said it's a tower issue and they would fix it within 5 days. Lo and behold entire month passes without internet but they have the audacity to debit the full amount of money from my account. This month I wrote to them to cancel my contract on 2 occasions, their automated Bot said a consultant would contact me to process the cancellation but nothing on their side. This is absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable Rain. I want to cancel my contract with you and don't want false promises of internet connection that does not exist.
