Terrible experience dealing with rain south africa

Hello Peter, If it were up to me i would give this company a big fat zero-rating. I purchased their unlimited 24/7 4G sim, 2 weeks ago. I have not received any communication from the, not a confirmation of payment (this was done online using my FNB account), no tracking ID. I fact my order has not been processed. I have used their online support platform, emailed, sent a FB message, instead I get automatic replies with ref numbers nothing else. If someone is looking to buy from them I wouldn't recommend, run away as fast as you can. just imagine if they have a poor customer service to a potential new client, how on earth would they be able to sort out our problems once you become their client, which Is judging by the reviews on Facebook is terrible
