Terrible experience

Terrible experience. When they are pitching their sale they tell you that you will pay x amount but when it’s payment time they add other costs which cost grew quadruple. When I took this matter up they said the accounts lady will call me immediately after the call. Which they did not. Then I call them 3 hours later to get feedback why they hadn’t called. They told me they are still busy with other customers. The day went by and I still didn’t receive any call from them. I then called them this morning to get an update as to why they hadn’t called. And there seemed to be kno clear explanation what the delay was about. I asked them to go pull out the voice call recording to substantiate my case but however ignored this matter. Now they’ve cut us out in terms of connectivity and there is still no explanation
