Terrible experience

I bought the 5GB Router for R699. Last week and was delivered yesterday. There's no internet connection. I contacted Rain multiple times but got no response. I ended up going to Melrose Arch in Rosebank to Huawei where the technician tried to assist as well but there was no network coverage. I can't take this anymore. It's so frustrating to pay for the internet yet I'm still buying data and I have bid router in my house that doesn't work. I was Rain to refund me and come fetch their thing. Rain is the worst service provider ever
