Terrible eRica experience

I am trying to Rica the Rain sim for 1 week, and anything i submit gets rejected!!! Including a police certified residence effidavit with a muncipal bill! Even an Insurance statement is not accepted. I call Rain helpdesk and voicemail says it is not functional due to covid.....I have even paid the first month subscription amount already, this is terrible service
