Terrible

After 4 years with RAIN, I'm not sure what went wrong. Lately, I've been struggling with the service not being attended to, daily with no internet access, and I had several calls with them, no assistance, had to come to HP and log 2 complaints before I finally received assistance. I was promised that Mohammed or someone would fix my account, but days later, guess what? The account is still not fixed, and I've logged another request for a callback. Two days later, still no callback. Ridiculous. Reference ***6; I'm not even sure why they provide this since it's never attended to...... not recommended
