Terrible Customer Support and service

I signed up to Rain near the end of September and they took the first full payment at the beginning of October. I had received no service from them up to that point as could not get signal in my area.

I had numerous calls with rain to resolve this and was promised a booster to technical help of which I never received any.

On November 4th Rain again took payment even after they assured me they wouldn't as I still had not used there service due to no signal.

I was then informed I would receive an instant eft payment to refund payments taken which did not happen. After emailing bank details through to them on November 13th I was informed 7-9 working days which came and went and upon receiving an email today I have again been informed I must wait another 7-9 working days for the refund.
