Terrible customer service from RAIN
I have lost 1 of my SIM cards and requested online for a new 1. it says the ticket has been logged for the past 2 weeks and someone will call. I have called the call center today and surprising they cant help me , asked me to do the same thing online and log a ticket nut that has been useless thus far
