Terrible customer service

# STAY AWAY FROM RAIN

I see so many post about everyone having similar issues and rain cannot be bothered to solve the problem.

High recommend that no one use there services.

I have had never ending issues with them since the end of October.

The error is on there database and refuse to fix the issue. I have my payment date set for the 1st of every month which shows on my app ,their system shows that is for the 15th . Every month since October they have been disconnecting my internet and requesting payment, even if payment is made on the 15th the will debit again on the 1st. I have sent numerous emails,called over a 100 times and always told the billing department will contact me and never do, was advised management will call me and never have.

My advice to anyone thinking of using them as a service partner will just be incurring a terrible headache.
