Terrible customer service

You guys failed to meet customer expectations in service quality,response time and overall customer experience i bought your sim R479 package already rica-d by Ram courier,prior to purchasing it i checked my coverage and it was dark blue on 4G-5G network. I insert in router,and two of my cellphone received no network at all and i got 4 guys need to use the internet for work so i looked for number to contact No contact is this a joke!!!!Log a complaint it said 48hrs to get respond "keeps getting better" how on earth a ISP operates without call centre 0 customer churn...blame myself for not doing due diligence and check your page..so disappointed we running business in 24-48hrs i would have lost loads of my revenue.
