Terrible Customer service
Worst company for any feedback or response.
rain South Africa worst service ever, router down from last Tuesday, logged tickets, called them twice, but no response from them Ref ***4, ***2
Unbelievable customer service, the decent thing would be to email or WhatsApp, all in asking is for communication as to when my replacement router will be delivered.
