Terrible customer service by Rain

This guys are terrible first their customer support does what they want ,second they dont have cutomer support skills ,third their computer reads all their emails for them they dont know what to do. AM dissapoointed with RAIN for obvious reason customer agent calls and tells me simcard is fine later i send emails sayying you did not fix s**** , am then called by third agent with no idea of whats happenning. Since Friday i have been sending emails to this ********S.Simcard not working They then expect payment for simcards not working pure ***** on another level am just fed up.**********
