Terrible customer service at Rain Queenswood

I am absolutely livid at this stage, I ordered the rain101 today, was informed by the consultant on the telephone that their branch in Queenswood only closes at 6, with this in mind drove after work to go and collect the router, got at the shop 5:15, only to be told by one of the workers no we close at 5 and the door got shut in my face when I asked to speak to the manager, stood infront of the door until the manager came, got shown away because apparently they work on a vpn that automatically gets shut off at 5 amd they also want to go home... bare in mind when I got there just past 5 there was customers still being helped inside (how when the vpn automatically switches off?). If it was a new contract and all configurations etc had to be done I would have understood, but it was literally just a collection. Its not like I live next door, and had to drive quite some distance. Would it have killed you to stay 10min longer and have a happy customer?
