Terrible customer service and poor management and delivery service.

I am totally disappointed with the customer service I have received. As an existing customer I would have expected better service when I upgraded my package. I placed an order on the 27th of Feb and till today the 7th of March I have not received my modem. I have been calling everyday to follow up and it is the same story everyday that my issue has been escalated and someone will call to give feedback. However noone has called me to give me feedback the call centre agents are completely useless and the supervisors or managers are never available. This is totally unacceptable and I feel ********** as i have paid in full and will not get compensated for this nonsense. As we speak I am on hold for over 10 minutes and the Agent called Aluto has just dissapeared.After this experience I would not recommend Rain to anyone.
