Terrible customer service, and customer delivery

I payed yesterday and they did not open, it says no internet connection meaning they haven't opened access to me....and I tried calling now they call hasn't been picked up for about 6 minutes, it keeps playing a never ending song, i called the second time and it was 8 minutes this time.....
