Terrible customer service
I have been using rain for a number of years with very little problems. I need rain to have my router exchanged and have been taken from pillar to post , the only thing I have been calling their customer care for is to collect the newer model of the rain router and for them to deliver the ZTE router. I have been requesting for a cancellation and not getting help either . It’s been more than a week I’m calling their call centre and getting no assistance

14 Jul 2023, 19:48CCD Couriers contacted me after 5pm and told me they could only do the delivery on Tuesday or latest Wednesday. I need the ZTE router by Monday morning as i use it for work. Please notify them to make the delivery by Monday morning. I have been waiting for the replacement router since last Wednesday, this is unacceptable

CCD Couriers contacted me after 5pm and told me they could only do the delivery on Tuesday or latest Wednesday. I need the ZTE router by Monday morning as i use it for work. 15 Jul 2023, 12:53Thank you - can they please do the delivery before 10 please. I’m affected a lot when there’s loadshedding and we have a 10 am to 2pm schedule and I need the ZTE router to use with my ups so that I can continue working during loadshedding .

The delivery company just contacted me and informed me that the the delivery will be gone between 2pm and 5pm. According to the last response you ensured me that the delivery will be done between 8am to 10am . Why us the delivery taking forever for something that was reported in the 5th of July this is such an inconvenience on my side as I used my rain router for work and get badly affected when there’s loadshedding

The delivery was done only to find out when I got to my place that it is the very same rain device that I had . I contacted rain to inform them that the newer model of their router does not fit with my UPS and can they exchange it for the ZTE router and they did not delivery the correct device it still doesn’t work with my UPS. Does rain no longer have the ZTE routers ? If that’s the case please advise me on what kind of UPS I must now purchase . I get so inconvenienced during loadshedding
