Terrible Customer Service

Since I've moved in to my new house in Protea Glen, Star village. Rain has been giving me problems. I spend more days without Wifi connection than I do connected. When I try to call your client care number, it takes forever for someone to answer and when I use Ask Rain on your website. I only get a reference number and nobody ever calls. This is ridiculous because you are quick to debit and yet there's no customer service. Since Thursday, I had no connection. I missed deadlines and had to buy data using another service provider in order to work and stream Netflix. This is completely unacceptable. At this point, if no one reaches out to me and help me with this. I'm going to cancel my subscription. If you value your customers you'll do something about it.
