terrible customer service.

i have been experiencing poor network connectivity since last week. i have called a few times, have a bunch of ref no's and with each call i get promised its being escalated and someone will call me. its now 4 days later, still same **** connection and no one has bothered to call. i have been with rain for more than a year and the service was great until now. their customer support is beyond terrible. i called to speak to a manager, got put on hold for over 30 mins and eventually had to cut the call. time to move on.
