Terrible Customer Service

I app**** for a Router in May and paid for it but my application was cancelled, till now l haven't recieved my refund. It's been two months , no one said anything, am the one who always call support but they don't asist with anything . They only give you a case number. Tried Facebook , they promised to call me and that was it. I have actually used more money trying to get help. So am asking for is my refund nothing else . if you can provide service for someone why do you keep their money?
