Terrible customer service
Rain has zero customer service. They say you must email them and they will get back in 48hrs. Its almost two weeks now. I have sent several emails. Posted many times on facebook only to get a reply that says they will attend to it. But nothing happens. I need to cancel my contract with them. But they refuse to help with this
