Terrible customer service

I have decided to try rain as I needed unlimited data to work from home .. i contacted rain and was told that there is coverage available in my area ..I had to pay for the service upfront and was told it is a month to month service and as long as I cancel my services before the 1st of the money I will receive a refund ..I have tried to contact rain to confirm when is will receive my refund and every response I get is a agent will get back to you .. and its been since 29th of April ..when I do receive a response from rain I keep getting the same question what is the reason for the cancellation..how many times do I have to explain to diffrent agents that the service is not working ..its very difficult as the call centers are closed and every time a get a agent to reply to my emails it's the same question every time . terrible customer service ...
