Terrible customer service

The internet is good but the customer service is terrible. If it was guaranteed that you will never come across issues I would recommend it but you will need issues resolved here and there so spare yourself a headache and find a service provider that cares about customer experience not just debit orders. If I show you the emails between me and rain to resolve this you would laugh.
