Terrible customer service

On 27 May at 15:56 I called Rain to change my card number for payments and I got through to Asanda, she did not know where way around her website when she directed me the options that she wanted where not on the website. She was extremely rude and condescending throughout the call, she spoke over me and interrupted me on everything I tried to say and refused blatantly to listen to me. When I asked that she puts me through to her supervisor or someone that will be able to assist me she then dropped the call on me.
