Terrible customer service

How does rain services provider do business really? First of all there is no number to contact them , secondly using their dashboard you get no response. When I try to email them reply says no emails allowed,***? I have been trying to get there attention ever since. **** services they have,really **** service. What kind of a service provider with no contact number really, who are these people?
