Terrible customer service

I should have know that by waiting over 30mins on the line to order my device this morning was a sign not to continue. After ordering the device, the consultant got my delivery address incorrect, and since then have been on and off the phone to get someone to help to change it but will rather just cancel as soon as someone helps me. Honestly just rediculous. Would go as far to change my account details to prevent any unwanted debit orders everyone talks about.
