Terrible customer service received my rain 5g wifi I took the 100 mbps speed did a few speed tests over a few days at different times and found the maximum speed I was getting was around 53 mbps speed I phoned rain customer service 6 time without any help eventually I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told by the supervisor the speed I'm receiving is correct as it is up to 100 mbps paying for 100 mbps and only getting a little over half what I'm paying for is correct according to the supervisor at rain
