Terrible customer care (They dont even know what customer care is)

everything is great until you have issues and need customer care, they dont know what that means. i have one billing issue with them wich lead into another billing issue. i decided to give up on the issue and just pay last months bill. now they saying i have to pay last months service and this months bill even though this month just begun, its the 2nd. and the only way for me to get reconnected is to pay my bill times 2.

they say,"no billing will call you". i have 5 or 6 reference numbers, billing has never even attempted to call
