Terrible constant inconveniences, every month

Terrible constant inconveniences, every month. My matters were not attended to as discussed and these have constant financial repercussions on my side. Today 01 September 2024 I called to make enquiries about being debited twice (R1070) on top of the monthly payment I made, and the consultants I spoke to were NOT helpful at all, they even cut off my calls. I called the third time and spoke to a lady named ASANELE who attended to my concerns immediately. Name:ASANELE I’m very pleased with the services she provided, she attended to my matter immediately, after having spoken to 2 other consultants who were not helpful.
