Terrible connectivity & NO! it is not because of load shedding.

I have contacted via email Rain about the terrible connectivity in Newcastle. They dismissed my matter blaming it on load shedding. The sad part is even without load shedding, your network connectivity just sucks. This past week and today Sunday has been the worst, yet load shedding was not in place. It is time you do something and stop hiding from the fact that you need to improve our experience ASAP.
