Terrible connection no customer service

Terrible connection keeps dropping, I’ve tried moving the router around but to no avail. I’ve requested callbacks from the help center but received none, I tried calling them but no answers.

There’s just no way to reach them and get assistance. Very disappointed with this level of service.
