Terrible connection from Rain Internet services. *******!

I live on Long street in Kempton Park and we are constantly having connection problems. I can understand an hour or two but when the internet goes it's gone for days. What's odd is that if you try connect after 3am you can get a few minutes of internet connection. We pay a fixed fee for unlimited internet and we understand that load shedding affects everyone. Is it unreasonable to ask that we have service when the electricity is back? We can't work properly due to load shedding. Now we can't work even when the power is back on. Correct me if I am wrong, but all the time the power is off you must be making some kind of saving. At the end of each month we pay the same amount. I do not believe you are providing what you advertise and we truly getting the short end here.
