Terrible connection from Rain

Unfortunately Rain has gone from 1 of the best service providers to now 1 of the worst.

Ive been having issues with my internet for weeks now. No one bothers to speak to you. AI responses only just telling you move the route. Terrible connections

So what must i do ?. Carry my router around the house the whole day or just move to a better supplier.

Ive had Rain since 2017 and the service was great. I guess over time they just stopping carrying about providing a service and only taking their debit orders
